I want to sing the praises of Stephen and Patrice of Aaronstadt Studios. We could not have been happier with them as a photography team. They were at all times the epitome of professionalism, while at the same time retaining a great sense of improvisation and fun. I can't think of any photographer that would be as wonderful, from the introductory meetings with them to the fact that they have extended our deadline for ordering prints almost indefinitely; it has been nearly two years and they are still working with my incredibly indecisive wife to help her choose our order. I would imagine you have been a part of countless weddings, and in almost every case something goes awry. In fact, that is what people caution you when you are about to get married. However, due in large part to these two, my wife actually said that her day was absolutely perfect and she would not have changed a thing. Absolutely nothing went differently than planned. How many times do you hear that? Everyone should have a chance to work with these guys, and be given the chance to see how they utilize the beautiful setting there at Abernethy Center. Stephen and Patrice certainly made us look good, and I know that everyone who happens to work with them will have all of their expectations exceeded.

For my husband and I, this delightful, creative, professional team was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. From the moment we walked through the door of their vintage Portland home, into their inviting studio, we knew that this team really knew what they were doing. Their introductory meeting was fun, relaxed and informative. The photography displayed on every wall showed beautiful, unique, and fun images of all different kinds of couples. They presented all of our options in a complete and organized fashion, and explored with us the really supportive role that they could play in making our wedding day one that we would remember with pleasure for the rest of our lives. And in the end, our wedding day was perfect- in large part thanks to Patrice and Stephen. They showed up on time, took many photos of the wedding party, family, and just the two of us (including a first-look photo) before the ceremony, many shots during the ceremony (very unobtrusively), and then took a myriad of shots during the reception. The way the photography sessions were organized allowed us to be with our family and friends in a continuous fashion once the wedding was underway. This was very important to us. They gently helped move events along without being the least bit intrusive. Afterwards, we had no problems in processing our order and the services they provided us on-line were first rate. We were very pleased with their performance the day of the wedding, and the wedding photos we have to enjoy the rest of our lives are fabulous. We LOVE our pictures! We are just blown away! not only did you do anamazing job on the 'formal' shots, but you took so many candid shots. You really managed to capture all of the great moments. I was a detail-oriented, extremely picky and controlling Bride. Stephen & Patrice were the most professional vendors at our wedding. In fact, the reception would have been a slow-moving disaster it it had not been for them. Their attention to detail was unparalelled, and the pictures were all that I had hoped for and more.
